For builders, this can prove a valuable sales tool for new construction and remodeling projects—helping to boost everything from home value to your portfolio.

Potential rebates and incentives that can be passed onto clients—or in some cases, redeemed directly by builders—include up to:

  • $1,750 cash back for a new residential natural gas water heater, range, clothes dryer and furnace
  • $450 in residential natural gas tax incentives
  • $700 reactivation bonus for qualifying homeowners that reactive their natural gas service
  • $50 per ton for natural gas commercial units, including gas-fired heat pumps and space conditioning systems

Contact your local utility for available rebates, potential builder allowances and any other incentives that may be available.
