Trillium CNG Finds A Buyer: Love's Travel Stops

Love’s Travel Stops has entered into an agreement to purchase Trillium CNG, a provider of compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling stations. If approved by regulators, the agreement will add 37 public CNG locations to the Love’s network, bringing the number of Love’s-operated public CNG facilities to 65.

SB 90 Natural Gas Fuel Rebate Program

Last week the legislature passed SB 90 Natural Gas Fuel Rebate Program, this legislation will allow both private and government entities the opportunity for additional rebates above the statutory max of $250,000. As you are aware this bill was poised to pass last year before the legislature melted down, so we tackled it again this year and won. Natural Gas Fuel Fleet Rebate Program Status

This year's rebate program status is looking great and we seem to be on track to spending the full appropriation. The program ends on June 30, 2016 and another year's appropriation begins on July 1, 2016. Thank you for your support and success of the program!
